- Deep expertise across Microsoft Security (Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Cloud Security)
- Proven experience leading large-scale security transformations and managed services
- Strong pre-sales capability with a track record of shaping and winning new business
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management, with executive-level influence
- Track record of building and scaling security offerings in a consulting environment
- Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-100, SC-200) and industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) desirable
