Lead Business Analyst
Location: Manchester 2 days onsite
Rate: Inside IR35 -£450

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to lead analysis across a large-scale Sales & Fulfilment transformation programme, focusing on customer journeys, multi-product capabilities, sales order management and scalable ordering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis strategy and requirements across complex transformation workstreams.
- Drive discovery, business design and end-to-end journey mapping.
- Work with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects and delivery teams.
- Define epics, features and user stories for Agile delivery.
- Establish analysis frameworks, standards and governance.
- Coach Business Analysts and ensure quality and traceability of outputs.
Experience you'll need
- Significant Telco experience.
- Strong business analysis experience across complex transformation programmes.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing ambiguity and shaping strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Epics, Features and User Stories. xgikmsk
- Experience working across Product, Technology and Operations.
