Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining business‑critical applications and services
- Investigating, diagnosing and resolving application issues and customer‑reported defects
- Developing fixes and enhancements for software applications
- Automating operational processes to improve reliability and efficiency
- Building and improving monitoring, alerting and observability capabilities
- Working closely with development teams to improve system resilience and performance
- Participating in an on‑call rota
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and SRE practices
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates from one of the following backgrounds:
