We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Zero Trust Security Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide Zero Trust initiatives across complex client environments. This is a senior leadership role for a cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in modern security architectures, identity-centric controls, and cloud-first security transformation. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and strategic technology partners to design and deliver scalable Zero Trust solutions that align with business objectives, reduce risk, and enable secure digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Zero Trust architectures across enterprise environments.
- Develop security blueprints, reference architectures, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Design identity-centric security models including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), device posture validation, and least-privilege access controls.
- Advise clients on modern security frameworks including Zero Trust, SASE, SSE, and cloud-native security architectures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and technology partners to shape innovative security solutions.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and optimisation of Zero Trust technologies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Lead integration efforts involving IAM platforms, endpoint security tools, SIEM/SOAR platforms, SD-WAN technologies, and application connectors.
- Conduct proof-of-concept activities, technical assessments, vendor evaluations, and architecture reviews.
- Support pre-sales engagements through technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and client workshops.
- Ensure successful project delivery through effective leadership of technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Leadership & Business Development
- Drive the organisation’s Zero Trust security strategy and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers while promoting security best practices across projects.
- Engage with executive stakeholders and communicate complex security concepts in business terms.
- Participate in client proposals, strategic discussions, and sales pursuits to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Advocate for secure-by-design principles and modern cybersecurity practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, engineering, or consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in Zero Trust frameworks including NIST 800-207, SASE, and SSE.
- Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, SD-WAN, cloud security, and application integration technologies.
- Experience implementing enterprise Zero Trust platforms and security transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical security concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
