UX Researcher
Location: London Hybrid
Contract: 6 months
Rate: Up to £500 p/d Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join a design-led team, supporting user-centred products and services for a major organisation.
The role will work closely with designers, product teams and senior stakeholders , using research and evidence to shape design decisions, product direction and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities as a UX Researcher
Deliver end-to-end user research across multiple initiatives, managing priorities and delivering efficiently.
Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing , alongside qualitative and quantitative research.
Work closely with design teams , ensuring research directly informs and shapes the design process.
Translate research findings into clear insights and recommendations that influence business and design decisions.
Promote User Research best practices and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
Challenge assumptions and advocate for user-centred thinking across strategy and design delivery.
Engage with business and design leadership to influence strategic direction and product outcomes.
Work independently from research scoping through to delivery , taking ownership of research quality and impact.
