Responsibilities

- Conduct user research activities, including preparing discussion guides and facilitating user research sessions
- Analyze findings from research activities, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
- Use diagramming, journey mapping, and storyboarding to illustrate user experiences
- Present findings and strategic insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders
