We are recruiting on behalf of a leading digital consultancy client, known for delivering large-scale, userâcentred digital services that make a real, measurable impact on people's lives. You'll join a supportive, ambitious Experience Design community passionate about ethical, needsâbased design, not dark patterns or marketingâled solutions.
The role involves delivering and assuring highâquality, actionable user insights that shape service experiences around genuine user needs. You will balance handsâon research with leading and developing teams.
You will:
- Lead and shape userâcentred design teams, ensuring delivery aligned to GDS and NHS Service Standards
- Plan and oversee research programmes across multiple teams and projects
- Champion design thinking, service design, and needsâbased design
- Manage, coach, and develop senior researchers
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, driving decisions through evidence and insight
About you:
- Expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods across the Agile lifecycle
- Proven experience defining and leading research strategy
- Highly skilled facilitator and communicator
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- Passionate about developing others and contributing to the wider user research community
