Engagement Lead / Integrated Delivery & Assurance – Central Government £995 per day | Inside IR35 | SC Cleared | London/Croydon | Until March 2027 I'm recruiting for an experienced Engagement Lead / Integrated Delivery & Assurance Lead to take overall delivery and quality assurance responsibility across a major central government transformation programme.
What you'll be doing:
Taking overall accountability for delivery across key programme milestones Providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams Managing senior stakeholders, dependencies and delivery risks Overseeing benefits and delivery outcomes Chairing weekly governance with senior programme leadership Providing assurance across programme delivery and maintaining momentum What we're looking for: Proven senior-level transformation and programme leadership experience Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programmes Strong senior stakeholder and governance experience Excellent delivery assurance and dependency management skills Strong central government experience is highly desirable Active SC clearance is essential The details: £995 per day Inside IR35 Contract until March 2027 1–3 days per week onsite in London/Croydon ASAP start, subject to clearance transfer
