I’m working with a leading consulting firm looking to hire a Technology Director to help grow their Home Affairs and Justice practice.
This is a senior leadership role focused on winning and shaping large-scale technology transformation programmes across organisations such as the Home Office, policing bodies, justice agencies and related public sector organisations.
The team already delivers major transformation work across government, but demand is growing rapidly and they are looking for someone who can open opportunities, build pipeline and lead multi-million pound engagements from strategy through to delivery.
You would be working closely with partners and senior client stakeholders to shape complex technology programmes, combining advisory with implementation across areas such as cloud, enterprise platforms, digital transformation and emerging technology (AI, automation, data platforms etc.).
This role suits someone who understands the Home Affairs ecosystem and can engage confidently with senior stakeholders across government, helping organisations modernise legacy technology and deliver large scale transformation.
- Developing and closing £5m–£10m+ technology transformation programmes
- Building senior relationships across Home Office, Policing, Justice and related agencies
- Shaping complex programmes covering digital, cloud, enterprise platforms and technology strategy
- Working with delivery partners across platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and other enterprise technologies
- Supporting large bids and multi-year transformation programmes
- Track record of selling and delivering complex technology transformation programmes
- Broad understanding of the technology landscape (cloud, enterprise platforms, data, integration, AI etc.)
- Background in consulting, advisory or large-scale transformation environments
This is a growth hire within a team investing heavily in technology transformation across government, with a clear pathway to Partner within ~3 years for the right individual.
Performance bonus ~£7k allowance ~ Private medical ~ Pension, life assurance ~25 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Flexible hybrid working
