A leading global consulting and systems integration firm is seeking a Delivery Consultant to support large-scale digital and business transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector. This is a delivery‑led, client‑facing role focused on executing complex ERP, CRM and cloud‑enabled transformation programmes for major UK energy and utilities organisations. You will own defined workstreams and play a key role in end‑to‑end programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large‑scale technology and business transformation programmes across Energy & Utilities clients
- Own and manage assigned workstreams across design, build, test and deployment phases
- Translate business requirements into structured, deliverable technology solutions
- Coordinate closely with client stakeholders, onshore teams and offshore delivery centres
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) across delivery streams
- Support delivery across Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner
- Ensure outputs are delivered on time, within scope and to high quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years’ experience within the Energy or Utilities sector
- Proven experience delivering large transformation programmes (ERP and/or CRM)
- Background in technology implementation or systems integration environments
- Strong understanding of delivery governance and RAID management
- Experience working within multi‑disciplinary and globally distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills
- ERP (e.g. SAP) or CRM (e.g. Salesforce) implementation experience
- Consulting or systems integration background
- Agile, cloud, industry or programme management certifications
