We’re hiring a Technical Lead to join a digital transformation consultancy that actually builds. Not theory decks. Not PowerPoint architecture. Real engineering outcomes for enterprise scale clients across multiple sectors.
This is sleeves rolled up, hands-on technical leadership. If you are a highly involved Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer or Staff Engineer with a blend of hands-on coding and technical leadership of high performing engineering teams, this is a great one for you.
What you’ll do:
- Technically lead squads and guide high performing engineering teams on build
- Architect, problem solve and design solutions end to end, not just ship features
- Modern engineering: IaC, CI/CD, secure coding, event-driven architecture, TDD etc
- Drive improvement across the whole SDLC
- Work with clients directly (this is consultative delivery and advisory)
- Support and shape proposals during early stage bids
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive engineering experience within one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript/TS or C#
- Extensive cloud deployment experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with IaC, CI/CD, TDD
- Highly communicative and consulting astuteness to be client facing
- Security Clearance Eligibility (you may work on public sector projects!)
The Package:
- £90,000 - £105,000 base
