We are seeking a Senior Manager – ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for global clients. You will play a critical role in driving large-scale digital transformation programmes, leveraging cloud technologies and AI to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to architect innovative solutions, guide delivery teams, and help organisations unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. You will also contribute to shaping go-to-market offerings, driving growth, and positioning the organisation as a leader within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and clear recommendations
  • Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers and architects, ensuring high standards of delivery
  • Establish and enforce best practices through code reviews and architectural governance
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and deliver additional value
  • Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies including AI and Generative AI
  • Support capability development through coaching, training, and certification initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform delivery
  • Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) or strong ambition to achieve Certified Master Architect (CMA)
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams
  • Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow product lines beyond ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM)
  • Strong experience operating within a Technical Design Authority or similar governance framework
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Minimum of 5 ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • Background in enterprise technology or consulting environments
  • Cloud migration experience
  • Exposure to Generative AI and AI-driven solutions
  • ITIL v4 (or equivalent) certification
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
