We are looking for a Senior Python backend Engineer to help build highly scalable, reliable, and well-designed backend services that power exceptional digital experiences. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-moving product environment where engineering, creativity, and collaboration drive everything we do.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in developing backend services that support complex data processing, microservices, and customer-facing features. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and commercial teams, continuously improving our systems, processes, and ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Build scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Use the right tools for the job and recommend new frameworks, techniques, or technologies.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Sales teams to deliver impactful features.
- Contribute through code reviews, design sessions, pair programming, and technical discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflow and Agile practices.
