I'm working exclusively with a leading digital consultancy that is continuing to grow its Product capability following significant success across the Public Sector, Defence, National Security and wider Government landscape.
- Leading multidisciplinary product teams to deliver user-centred digital services.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation programmes.
- Coaching and mentoring Product Managers, helping to build high-performing teams.
- Using data, user research and commercial insight to prioritise product decisions.
- Driving agile delivery across large-scale, mission-critical programmes.
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Manager within a consultancy or digital services environment.
Excellent understanding of Agile product delivery and user-centred design.
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and shape client engagements.
Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance.
Work on nationally significant digital transformation programmes.
Flexible hybrid working from London, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham.
