A high-growth transaction advisory business within a global consultancy is hiring a Senior Manager to strengthen and scale its Technology M&A capability in the UK. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership of client relationships, deal execution, and team development while working at the intersection of private equity, corporate strategy, and technology transformation.
You will advise investors and corporates on complex transactions spanning pre-deal diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and technology-driven value creation initiatives across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex technology-focused M&A engagements from diligence through execution
- Own senior client relationships across PE and corporate accounts
- Originate and convert new business opportunities in the UK market
- Provide strategic technology advice to Investment Committees and C-suite stakeholders
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing transaction advisory team
- Partner with international colleagues to deliver cross-border deals
- Contribute to market positioning, growth strategy, and practice development
- 10+ years' experience in technology consulting, transaction advisory, or deal-focused roles
- Strong track record delivering Technology Due Diligence, carve-outs, and integration programmes
- Commercially minded with proven business development and client ownership experience
- Deep understanding of IT operating models, digital platforms, and cost structures
- Experience advising PE-backed businesses or corporate deal teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, transaction-led environments
- Right to work in the UK
