A global technology consultancy at the forefront of cloud and digital transformation is looking for a senior, new business-focused sales executive to drive growth across the UK Insurance market.

This is a pure hunter role, focused on originating and closing large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes for major insurers. You will lead complex sales pursuits that combine advisory, platform modernisation, cloud infrastructure, and managed services, working alongside established industry, architecture, and delivery teams.

  • Proven new business sales track record within the UK Insurance market
  • Proven track record of consulting sales
  • Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals (not just account farming)
  • Deep understanding of insurance clients, buying cycles & market dynamics
  • Strong commercial acumen (deal structuring, pricing, negotiation)
  • Own and deliver against a significant annual sales target (~5m P/Y of new business)
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, revenue-aligned pipeline
  • Originate new opportunities across UK insurance clients and net-new logos
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
  • Shape deals around client drivers, risk, and commercial outcomes
  • Work closely with solution, delivery, legal & commercial teams
  • Contribute to account growth strategy and long-term client value
