This is a Senior Manager (Client Lead) role within the Energy & Utilities practice, responsible for leading complex client engagements while also helping grow the practice through account expansion and opportunity identification. Working closely with senior portfolio leadership, you will operate at the intersection of delivery leadership, client relationship management, and account growth, shaping both engagement outcomes and future revenue opportunities. You will lead from the front on major transformation programmes while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regulated utilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide teams across multiple workstreams delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to support delivery and unlock growth opportunities
- Identify complex client challenges and develop structured, creative solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Ensure high-quality delivery by reviewing outputs, identifying gaps, and strengthening engagement plans
- Actively contribute to the growth of Energy & Utilities accounts through opportunity identification and shaping
- Coach and develop consulting teams to build capability and improve engagement performance
- Play a key role in shaping the direction and success of the Energy & Utilities practice
- Senior-level experience in management consulting, advisory, or Big 4 environments
- Proven experience working within the Energy & Utilities sector (essential)
- Strong track record of leading large, complex consulting or transformation engagements
- Experience managing teams and driving delivery across multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Experience identifying and contributing to account growth or sales opportunities
- Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, outcome-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Degree educated (master’s or certifications advantageous)
