Senior Change Manager – Digital Transformation
Location: Whitehall, London | Hybrid – 1–3 days per week
Contract: Inside IR35 | Until March 2027
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Rate: £540 per day
I'm working with a leading UK Government organisation to find an experienced Senior Change Manager – Digital Transformation to support the integration of major digital and security programmes.
The Role
As a Senior Change Manager in Digital Transformation, you'll lead the change strategy across a complex programme, focusing on stakeholder impact, adoption, training and organisational readiness.
The programme operates across UK and overseas teams, providing an opportunity to work within a complex, distributed and security-sensitive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and delivering the change strategy
Assessing stakeholder and organisational impacts
Supporting adoption of new processes and ways of working
Developing training and readiness activities
Engaging stakeholders across UK and overseas teams
Supporting communications and change planning
Identifying resistance and adoption risks
Providing change reporting to programme leadership
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Senior Change Manager in Digital Transformation with:
Strong change management experience
Proven organisational change experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience with adoption, training and readiness
Experience working across distributed or international teams
Government or security-sensitive environment experience advantageous
Strong transformation programme experience
Active SC Clearance
