Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience developing Java applications
- Strong backend Java development experience with Spring and Spring Boot
- Proven experience delivering complex software projects
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices
- Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers is highly desirable
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance, including a minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency with no absences of more than 30 consecutive days
Responsibilities
