What You'll Be Working On
- Designing and developing Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions
- Building and deploying production-ready ML models
- Leading experimentation, testing and model validation activities
- Developing LLM-powered applications and RAG-based solutions
- Building scalable ML pipelines using AWS services
- Implementing MLOps and LLMOps best practices
- Monitoring, evaluating and continuously improving deployed models
- Applying responsible AI practices, governance and explainability principles
- Collaborating with Data Scientists, Engineers and business stakeholders
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing technical expertise
- We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in many of the following areas:
- Strong Python development experience
- Machine Learning frameworks such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn or XGBoost
- AWS services including Sage Maker, Lambda and S3
