Our client is a global digital and technology consultancy delivering complex transformation programmes for some of the largest organisations across the UK and internationally. They specialise in large-scale ERP, procurement, and operating model transformation, helping clients modernise and optimise how they buy, source, and operate.
They are now hiring a Senior Manager to lead SAP Sourcing & Procurement transformations across S/4HANA and Ariba.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end SAP Sourcing & Procurement transformations across S/4HANA and Ariba
- Owning programme delivery from design through deployment and value realisation
- Acting as a senior functional authority for Source to Pay engagements
- Defining solution approaches, operating models, and deployment roadmaps
- Advising senior Procurement and IT stakeholders on SAP-enabled transformation
- Supporting sales activity, proposal shaping, and deal development
- Line managing, mentoring, and developing senior SAP consultants
Ideal Background
- 10+ years' experience in SAP Sourcing & Procurement
- At least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations across all project phases
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and or SAP Ariba
- Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Credibility operating at senior client and executive stakeholder level
- Strong communication skills across Procurement, IT, and leadership audiences
