Role Summary
Our client is a global consulting and technology organisation delivering complex SAP and S/4HANA programmes for major enterprise clients. They are hiring SAP Delivery Leads at Associate Manager level to support and take accountability for delivery workstreams, commercials, and client outcomes within large-scale SAP programmes.
About the Role
You will support the successful delivery of major SAP programmes, working across design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare. You will own specific workstreams or phases, manage delivery teams, and play a key role in controlling scope, risk, and commercials. You will operate in complex delivery environments alongside onshore, offshore, client, and third-party teams, with exposure to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning delivery of SAP workstreams within large, complex programmes.
- Managing scope, budget, timelines, and delivery risks within your area of responsibility.
- Supporting delivery under non-T&M commercial models, including fixed price and outcome-based engagements.
- Forecasting revenue, tracking costs, and supporting margin control and CCI%.
- Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for client stakeholders at workstream level.
- Driving quality across design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Contributing to account growth, change requests, and wider SAP practice initiatives.
Ideal Background
- Typically 7+ years of SAP delivery experience across one or more modules or functional areas.
- Experience delivering SAP programmes within a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of delivery models including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid.
- Exposure to delivery commercials, cost control, and forecasting.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior client contacts.
- Experience working in multi-vendor and globally distributed delivery teams.
- S/4HANA experience is highly desirable, particularly in:
- Test management
- Cutover planning
- Mobilisation and dependency management
Salary & Package
London: Up to Β£86,000
Regional: Up to Β£78,000 Depending on experience.
