This role sits within a specialist Oracle Finance Transformation capability, focusing on reporting delivery across enterprise ERP programmes. The position combines technical expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement, working across high-profile transformation programmes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead reporting delivery across Oracle ERP transformation programmes
- Design and implement reporting strategies aligned to business needs
- Work closely with clients to shape reporting solutions and approaches
- Manage and mentor teams within complex delivery environments

- Engage stakeholders across business and technical functions
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of reporting workstreams across programmes
- Define and implement reporting strategies, frameworks, and solutions
- Manage reporting projects including planning, execution, and governance
- Provide technical oversight across reporting design and delivery
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and define solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and programme communication
- Support and develop team members within delivery teams
- Contribute to capability growth and internal best practice
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering Oracle ERP reporting within large-scale programmes
- Proven track record managing complex reporting projects and teams
- Experience working with Oracle reporting tools and technologies
- Understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials or Supply Chain) and data structures
- Experience across data modelling, reporting, and visualisation solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels
- Experience working within delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Ability to work on engagements requiring UK Government Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it
