About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Oracle ERP projects in the public sector. You will work within a high-performing team, managing onshore and offshore resources, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workstreams within Oracle ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and develop project teams, providing coaching and guidance.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the delivery practice.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation programmes.
- Proven ability to lead teams within data migration, testing, or project management workstreams.
- Strong client-facing experience, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Activate, Waterfall, or Agile.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
- UK Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain.
- Ability to travel as required.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with data migration, ETL, validation, testing, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and test management across multiple cycles.
- Programme management skills including PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall, risk management, and scheduling.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment.
- Relevant Oracle certifications in Finance or Supply Chain.
