This opportunity sits within a specialist Oracle delivery capability, where an Oracle Project Manager will take ownership of managing workstreams, driving delivery, and coordinating teams across large‑scale transformation programmes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and manage workstreams across Oracle ERP transformation programmes
- Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of complex delivery activities
- Work closely with clients to define solutions and manage expectations

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery across Oracle project workstreams, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Coordinate teams across data migration, testing, and programme delivery activities
- Support solution delivery through structured planning and governance
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication across delivery
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure alignment
- Support team leadership, development, and performance management
- Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery practices
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering Oracle ERP implementation programmes
- Proven experience managing workstreams within large‑scale transformation projects
- Experience across at least one of: Data Migration, Testing / Test Management, Project / Programme Management
- Experience leading and developing delivery teams
- Strong client‑facing experience with stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar)
- Experience across phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage risks, issues, and delivery scope effectively
- Willingness to travel as required
- Eligibility to obtain UK Government Security Clearance
