A product-led organisation is hiring a Product Developer to help design, build, and evolve high-impact digital products. This role suits a developer who enjoys working beyond pure delivery, contributing to solution design and product outcomes as well as writing high-quality code.
The Product Developer will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to shape features from early discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain software using Python and C#
- Build scalable, maintainable services, APIs, and product features
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to refine requirements and challenge assumptions
- Contribute technical insight during discovery and solution design
- Take ownership of features across the full product lifecycle, from idea to production
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in peer code reviews
- Use feedback, data, and metrics to continuously improve the product
- Commercial experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or C# in production environments
- Experience building backend services, APIs, or full-stack applications
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as Agile delivery, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces and shaping solutions collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- A product-focused mindset, prioritising user and business outcomes over outputs
- Experience working in product-led or scale-up environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Frontend experience (e.g. React, Angular, or similar)
