I’m currently supporting a major transformation programme and looking for an experienced PAM Manager to join a high-profile security team in London. This is an opportunity for a senior PAM professional to take ownership across Privileged Access Management strategy, governance and delivery, working with enterprise stakeholders in a complex and security-critical environment.
You’ll be responsible for driving the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of PAM capabilities, helping organisations reduce privileged access risk while ensuring security controls are practical, scalable and aligned with wider Cyber Security objectives. You’ll work across both technical and stakeholder-facing areas, making this a strong fit for someone who can operate at management level while still understanding the underlying PAM technology.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience across Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Previous experience working as a PAM Manager, PAM Lead, PAM Architect or similar senior position
- Experience developing and implementing PAM strategies and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of privileged account lifecycle management, access controls and governance
- Experience with enterprise PAM technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea or equivalent
- Ability to lead PAM programmes and work with technical, security and senior business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security risk, controls and compliance
- Experience managing or mentoring technical teams would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Why consider it?
- Senior PAM leadership opportunity
- London-based role
- Work within a major enterprise security transformation
- Exposure to complex, high-profile security environments
- Opportunity to influence PAM strategy rather than simply deliver against an existing roadmap
If you’re currently leading PAM strategy, transformation or delivery and are interested in a senior opportunity in London, I’d be keen to have a confidential conversation.
