This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who can operate comfortably at executive level, driving programme alignment, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery across large-scale public sector transformation initiatives.
What You'll Be DoingProviding overall delivery leadership across multiple programme workstreams.
Ensuring strategic alignment between programme objectives, delivery teams and stakeholders.
Leading governance, assurance and quality management activities.
Managing senior stakeholder relationships across government and delivery partners.
Overseeing programme dependencies, risks and escalation management.
Driving benefits realisation and ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved.
Chairing governance forums and supporting executive decision-making.
Providing leadership and assurance across programme planning and execution.
What We're Looking ForProven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within Central Government.
Previous experience operating at Managing Director, Programme Director or equivalent level.
Strong governance, assurance and programme leadership expertise.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and multiple delivery partners.
Track record delivering multi-workstream change programmes.
Strong understanding of benefits management, strategic planning and programme controls.
Active SC Clearance.
