Essential experience

  • Proven track record delivering complex Palantir Foundry or AIP solutions at scale
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams or large transformation programmes
  • Detailed understanding of Palantir delivery models, adoption challenges, and platform scalability
  • Demonstrable success in business development, including pre-sales, proposals, and vendor collaboration
  • Experience mentoring senior team members and contributing to capability and culture development

  • Strong strategic mindset, capable of aligning platform capabilities to market needs and organisational goals
  • Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, required due to involvement in Defence and National Security projects. Standard residency and background requirements apply.
