We’re partnering with a leading consulting organisation undergoing significant growth across its Technology Consulting practice and are looking to hire experienced Managing Consultants across several strategic practice areas. This is a senior leadership position sitting just below Partner level — equivalent to Director level in many consultancies — combining both business development and client delivery leadership.

These roles are ideal for commercially minded technology leaders who have built strong reputations within either:

  • Public Sector
  • Defence
  • Financial Services

Successful candidates will bring deep domain expertise, strong client networks, and a proven ability to drive revenue while leading complex transformation programmes. This is not a generalist consulting role. We are specifically looking for specialists who are recognised within their sector and can lead from the front in both sales and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading strategic client engagements across enterprise technology transformation
  • Owning and growing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Driving new business development and contributing directly to sales targets
  • Identifying and converting consulting opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Leading delivery teams across large-scale transformation programmes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders
  • Helping shape go-to-market propositions across key industry verticals

This is a genuine 50/50 split between sales and delivery, so candidates must be comfortable operating commercially while maintaining delivery credibility.
