Our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial advisory practice within a global consultancy, is seeking a high-calibre Manager to join their London-based team. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-impact M&A and strategy projects for top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, corporates, and strategic investors.
What You'll Be Doing as a CDD Manager:
- Deliver Commercial Due Diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
- Evaluate market dynamics, customer behaviour, competitive positioning, and business models to inform investment decisions.
- Work directly with deal team principals and C-level stakeholders, providing clear, insight-driven recommendations.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Partner with colleagues across Europe to deliver seamless, multi-market advisory services.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in M&A advisory or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record in leading or strategy projects, ideally for Private Equity clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and investment theses.
- Sector experience in technology, healthcare, industrials, or business services is a plus.
