The firm is highly technology- and data-driven, building its own trading platforms, research systems, and large-scale compute infrastructure, and operates with a globally integrated, collaborative model. They are looking to hire recent graduates to join their Discretionary Trading team. As a Junior Discretionary Trader, you will work closely with senior traders, supporting daily portfolio management, monitoring risk, hedging, and trade execution. You'll collaborate with quantitative researchers and gain exposure across Equities, Commodities, Rates/FX, Credit, and Volatility, developing skills in research, portfolio construction, risk management, and execution.
