- Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Account Executives focused on hospitality customers across London.
- Act as a player-coach, spending time in the field alongside your team supporting customer meetings, prospecting activity and sales conversations.
- Coach your team on effective territory planning, outbound prospecting, walk-ins and customer engagement strategies.

- Work closely with wider Go-To-Market teams including SDR, Account Management, Strategic Sales and Customer Success.
- Help grow the London customer base by identifying new hospitality businesses and expanding market presence.
Requirements

- Strong background in outbound, new business sales with experience managing a full sales cycle.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field and coaching teams face-to-face.
- Experience building sales teams, improving performance and developing talent.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for forecasting and performance management.

You’ll be joining a growing global technology company at an exciting stage of expansion, with the opportunity to take ownership of an established London territory and continue developing a successful field sales team.
The opportunity to lead and grow a talented hospitality-focused sales team.
A highly competitive compensation package (70k-90k base + OTE up to 150k).
The autonomy to make a significant impact within the UK sales organisation.
The chance to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where great performance is recognised.
