Our client is a fast-growing, global technology company providing a leading point-of-sale and commerce platform built specifically for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Their software helps restaurateurs simplify and scale their operations, from front-of-house to back-office. With a strong international footprint and a reputation for innovation in the hospitality tech space, they're continuing to expand their UK field sales presence.

As Field Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives who are helping restaurants transform how they operate through modern restaurant technology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hands-on coaching of your team to build a customer-first sales experience while they showcase the platform to restaurateurs
  • Coaching your team on efficient prospecting, walk-ins and live demos
  • Spending time in the field, empowering your team to generate interest through walk-ins and customised outreach
  • Using Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyse conversion rates and other Account Executive activity metrics
  • Owning the new business targets for your team
  • Growing your territory by expanding the customer base, and continuing to hire and build your field sales team
  • Partnering cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation and other internal teams

What you'll need to bring:

  • A strong track record of managing people experience hiring, leading and coaching a team of field-based Account Executives
  • Experience managing a full-cycle sales team from prospecting through to closing, with daily accountability
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
  • A background in SaaS, hospitality or restaurants
  • A genuine passion for being in the field with your team, with outbound sales experience essential
