We're partnering with a leading transformation consultancy looking to hire a senior Retail Consulting leader to help drive growth across key enterprise retail accounts in the UK. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on growing strategic client relationships, delivering complex transformation programmes, and building consulting capability across the Retail & Consumer Goods sector.

You'll be responsible for developing trusted client relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and leading the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives across areas such as:

  • Operating model transformation
  • Digital and technology change
  • Customer and experience transformation
  • Supply chain and operational improvement
  • Data, analytics and AI-led initiatives
  • Change and programme delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background within a Management Consultancy, Big 4, or Transformation Consultancy environment
  • Proven experience delivering consulting engagements within the Retail or Consumer Goods sector
  • Track record of managing and growing senior client relationships
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth within accounts
  • Ability to lead cross-functional consulting teams and develop high-performing talent
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
  • Experience contributing to proposals, bids, and solution sales

Requirements

  • Must come from a consulting / advisory background
  • Retail industry consulting experience is essential
  • Able to work from either London or Manchester offices
  • Full right to work in the UK required
