Cloud Engineer – AWS | National Security Locations: Manchester or London (Hybrid) Security Clearance: Must be eligible for UK DV clearance Are you an experienced AWS / Cloud Engineer looking to work on technology that directly supports UK National Security? We’re working with a leading technology and engineering organisation that is growing its team across Leeds, Manchester and London, working on complex and highly impactful projects supporting National Security customers. This is an opportunity to work on challenging AWS environments where you'll have genuine ownership across the design, development, deployment and maintenance of cloud applications and services. You'll join an experienced, autonomous DevOps / Software Engineering team, working closely with technical teams and end users to design and deliver secure, scalable AWS solutions. You'll be involved across the full engineering lifecycle, with the opportunity to work across different projects, technologies and customer environments. You'll be encouraged to bring new ideas, solve complex technical problems and continuously develop your cloud engineering expertise. AWS – EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, KMS, ELB, SNS, SQS, IAM • Python, Bash, Shell or similar scripting languages • Cloud networking, Linux, routing and security • Monitoring, observability and operational tooling • Agile delivery environments • National Security & Clearance You'll be working on projects supporting customers across the UK National Security and Public Sector environment. Existing security clearance is advantageous, but DV eligibility is essential.
