Salary: £55,000 - £95,000 We are looking for an experienced Management Consulting Manager to join a leading global consulting organisations Aerospace & Defence practice, supporting clients through complex transformation programmes across the industry.

The Role As an Aerospace & Defence Consulting Manager, you will: Lead consulting project teams delivering complex transformation initiatives for A&D clients.
Define problems, structure analysis approaches, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
Work with senior client stakeholders to develop strategies and implement recommendations.
Coach and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Lead workshops, innovation sessions, and client engagements.
Support the development of new consulting offerings and business development activities.
Essential Experience We are looking for candidates with: 5+ years experience in client-facing management consulting within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
Strong knowledge across one or more areas including: Supply Chain Operational Improvement Manufacturing Quality Management Sourcing & Procurement Digital Engineering Complex Programme Delivery Services Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A passion for using technology, AI, and innovation to transform the A&D industry.
