About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Senior Manager to lead and deliver high-impact AI and data initiatives for clients undergoing complex transformation. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with business development, helping organisations move from strategy to real-world, measurable outcomes.
You will play a key role in shaping AI strategy, driving adoption and governance, and delivering scalable AI solutions across cloud and modern data platforms. Working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you will help clients unlock value from AI while developing and mentoring high-performing consultants.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading AI strategy, design, and implementation engagements with a strong focus on business value
- Architecting AI solutions across cloud and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Driving AI adoption, governance, and responsible AI frameworks
- Translating complex AI concepts into clear, compelling recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Running discovery workshops to define requirements and shape scalable AI solutions
- Providing hands-on technical leadership across the full AI lifecycle
- Supporting business development through opportunity identification, proposal development, and client relationships
- Mentoring and developing consultants across multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams
- Contributing to AI thought leadership, innovation, and internal capability building
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in AI, data science, data architecture, or related roles
- Proven experience leading AI initiatives from concept to delivery with clear business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and AI/ML services
- Experience designing AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading and developing consulting teams
- Commercial acumen with experience supporting sales and practice growth
