You’ll work closely with engineering and security teams to embed security best practice, automate security processes and proactively identify and mitigate risk.Designing, implementing and managing security tools, systems and processesSupporting security across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environmentsWorking with engineering and security teams to embed security best practiceAutomating security tooling and SIEM log ingestion/routingFirewall and network security managementDeveloping and maintaining security policies, standards and proceduresConducting infrastructure security assessments using tools such as CIS BenchmarksSupporting incident detection, response and threat intelligence activitiesContributing to vulnerability management and endpoint securitySupporting security improvements across complex client environmentsWhat We're Looking ForWe're interested in engineers with experience across some of the following areas:Cyber security and platform engineeringNetworking and network securityCloud security - AWS, Azure or GCPCI/CD, DevSecOps and Infrastructure as CodeLinux / WSLSIEM and log management - Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Cribl or ELKPython, Bash or PowerShell scriptingIDS/IPS, vulnerability management and endpoint securitySOC environments and security monitoringTerraform, CloudFormation or BicepAI security or AI hardening techniquesVirtualisation and hybrid infrastructureYou don't need to tick every box.
