We’re supporting a leading global consultancy as they continue to grow their Managed Services and Transformation capability across the UK. They’re looking to hire an experienced Business Solution Architect at Senior Manager level to help shape and deliver large-scale operational and managed service solutions for enterprise clients.

This is a highly strategic, client‑facing role focused on designing end‑to‑end business solutions, operating models, and transformation approaches across complex outsourcing and managed service engagements.

The Role

You’ll work closely with clients, sales teams, and delivery stakeholders to design scalable and commercially viable managed service solutions. The role sits at the intersection of business transformation, operating model design, and pre‑sales solutioning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing end‑to‑end managed service and outsourcing solutions
  • Developing target operating models and transformation roadmaps
  • Supporting complex bids, proposals, and client presentations
  • Translating business challenges into scalable delivery solutions
  • Building business cases, commercial models, and ROI analysis
  • Identifying delivery risks and mitigation strategies
  • Working collaboratively across sales, consulting, and delivery teams
  • Leading workshops and engaging with senior client stakeholders
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior team members
