Working across Product, Operations and Technology teams, you'll help deliver process improvements, enhanced customer journeys and regulatory change initiatives within a highly regulated environment. Key Requirements5+ years Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services2+ years experience within Financial Crime, KYC, KYB or Client OnboardingExperience working across Product, Operations and Technology functions Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and user journey experience Experience delivering business transformation, process improvement or automation initiatives Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams Experience operating within complex regulated environments Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables Why Apply?
