We are currently supporting the growth of a leading transformation consultancy looking to hire multiple Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts into their London consulting practice. These opportunities are ideal for candidates coming from a consulting background who have operated across business and technology transformation programmes within enterprise environments.
The Role
You will work closely with clients across a range of transformation programmes, helping bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery. Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting business process analysis and documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes
- Gathering and validating business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
- Supporting technology and business transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycle
- Facilitating workshops between business and technical teams
- Supporting change initiatives, testing activities, and project delivery
- Performing analysis to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Supporting proposal work, tenders, and client-facing consulting activities where required
What We're Looking For
Consultant Level
- Typically 2-4 years' experience within a consulting environment
- Experience operating as a BA across multiple client engagements
- Exposure to technology-focused projects and transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong academic background preferred
Senior Consultant Level
- Typically 5+ years' consulting experience
- Proven experience leading BA activities across complex transformation engagements
- Strong client-facing consulting capability
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and driving workshops independently
- Broader exposure across delivery, PMO, change, or transformation initiatives beneficial
- Experience contributing to bids, RFPs, or proposal activity advantageous
Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates are likely to come from consulting organisations such as transformation or technology consulting firms.
