The successful candidate will work across Product, Operations, Technology and Risk functions to support the enhancement of Personal KYC processes, helping deliver improved customer journeys, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Key Requirements5+ years Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services2+ years experience within Financial Crime, KYC, KYB or Customer Due DiligenceStrong requirements gathering, process mapping and user story development experience Experience working across Product, Operations and Technology teams Strong stakeholder management capability across both business and technical teams Experience delivering change or transformation initiatives within regulated environments Experience improving customer journeys, operational processes and controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Apply?
