A leading global change & transformation consultancy is expanding its London team after securing several major programmes with household-name clients across utilities, telecoms and life sciences. This is an opportunity for early-career consultants (2–4 years) who want accelerated progression, real ownership, and the chance to work on high-impact transformation programmes rather than being "one of hundreds" in a larger firm.

What you'll do

  • Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE business process analysis and produce clear process models
  • Gather, validate and document business requirements through interviews and workshops
  • Create functional specs, user stories, process flows and other core BA artefacts
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops between business and technical teams
  • Support business cases, solution options and impact assessments
  • Contribute to UAT, change management and project delivery activities
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation including RTMs and status updates

What they're looking for

  • 2–4 years in a consulting environment (Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, Business Consulting)
  • Experience delivering Business Analysis across multiple engagements
  • Exposure to technology-enabled change (digital, data, systems, platforms)
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
  • Understanding of Agile delivery and modern SDLC approaches
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Strong academic background; professional BA certifications a plus
  • Eligible for SC clearance is highly desirable
