This is an opportunity to work on challenging projects where you'll influence strategy, improve business processes, and bridge the gap between business and technology. What You'll Be DoingLead business analysis activities across end-to-end transformation projects. Gather, challenge and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews. Analyse and document current and future state business processes. Produce high-quality user stories, functional specifications and process maps. Facilitate workshops and act as the key link between business and technical teams. Develop business cases and support solution design. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities. Monitor project progress and maintain robust project documentation. What We're Looking For5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience leading business analysis on large-scale change or transformation programmes. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the full project lifecycle. Experience with business process modelling techniques and BA tools.
