We're seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join a large-scale End User Services team, supporting and enhancing an enterprise environment of approximately 100,000 Windows devices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong endpoint management experience who enjoys working across both modern and legacy technologies.
Key Responsibilities Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Symantec CMS (Altiris), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Manage the full Windows device lifecycle, including build, configuration, deployment, patching, upgrades, and retirement.
Deliver software deployments, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance.
Act as a technical escalation point, providing structured incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Support infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Identify and implement opportunities to standardise, automate, and optimise endpoint management processes.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
Develop and execute test plans to support change and release activities.
Work closely with infrastructure, service delivery, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements Proven experience in an Endpoint Management, EUC, or Desktop Infrastructure role within a large enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager), and ideally Symantec CMS ( Ideally Altiris ) Solid knowledge of Windows endpoint administration and device lifecycle management.
Experience with software deployment, patch management, endpoint security, and compliance.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, subnets, proxies, and firewalls.
Experience balancing project delivery with business-as-usual support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
