A growing AI-driven SaaS company is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead delivery and technical direction while remaining hands-on. This role suits a senior engineer or DevOps lead ready to step into people leadership.
As an Engineering Team Lead, you’ll lead a small cross-functional team, own technical delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders to scale a secure, high-quality platform.
Responsibilities- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable software
- Remain hands-on with complex technical work and code reviews
- Manage, mentor, and develop engineers
- Own sprint planning, backlogs, and agile delivery
- Ensure strong AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Support AI, automation, and CI/CD initiatives
