We’re working with a leading global consultancy seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager (Manager level) to join a high-performing Oracle Delivery Services team within its Finance Transformation practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role in large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programmes, supporting complex finance transformation initiatives across major enterprise clients in both the public and private sectors.

The Opportunity

As a Manager, you will take ownership of key workstreams within major Oracle ERP implementations, helping clients modernise and transform their finance and business operations through technology. You’ll be responsible for driving delivery across areas such as data migration, testing, and end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex, fast-paced programmes. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams, acting as a key delivery lead who ensures structure, alignment, and momentum across the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage workstreams within large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programmes
  • Own planning, execution, and governance across delivery activities and SDLC phases
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to define requirements and ensure delivery alignment
  • Lead, support, and develop delivery teams across onshore and offshore models
  • Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting across workstreams
  • Support delivery across design, build, testing, and deployment phases

About You

You will bring strong experience in Oracle ERP transformation environments and a proven ability to lead delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.

Essential experience:

  • Oracle ERP implementation experience (hands-on delivery exposure)
  • Led at least one workstream (e.g. data migration, testing, or project management)
  • Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholder engagement
  • Experience managing or leading teams in a delivery/consulting environment
  • Understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex programme environments
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance (or currently holds clearance)

Desirable:

  • Data migration experience (ETL, cleansing, validation, reconciliation)
  • Test management / test cycle leadership experience
  • Programme management frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
  • Consulting background
  • Oracle certification (Finance or Supply Chain modules)
