Are you a seasoned product leader with a consulting background and a passion for transforming public sector services? We're looking for a Principal Product Leader (Principal Consultant) to drive impact across multi-disciplinary, agile teams delivering digital solutions that matter.
Whether transforming digital services for millions, implementing cutting-edge enterprise solutions, or pushing the boundaries of technology, we do it together. We value ideas, support growth, and celebrate contributions that make a real difference.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end product ownership across one or more agile delivery teams, ensuring product quality, maturity, and successful delivery.
  • Mentor and manage business analysts and product consultants, promoting effective requirements-gathering and prioritisation processes.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and solution architects to shape delivery approaches and drive product-level commercial negotiations.
  • Engage with senior product and programme stakeholders, securing buy-in, managing expectations, and facilitating workshops to align priorities.
  • Coach clients and colleagues on agile techniques and product management best practices.
  • Identify and drive commercial opportunities while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
  • Implement tools, standards, and techniques for business analysis and requirements gathering, ensuring alignment across teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles delivering bespoke software solutions.
  • Experience delivering projects in the public sector.
  • Responsible for owning end-to-end product backlogs, ensuring story quality and maturity.
  • Skilled in shaping approaches across software development lifecycle phases - analysis, acceptance, launch, and live operations.
  • Ability to devise goal-oriented roadmaps, gain stakeholder buy-in, and translate goals into value-driven work.
  • Experience leading and managing product teams, ensuring clarity of vision and effective scope management.
  • Strong team management and coaching skills, including mentoring colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, capable of negotiating conflicting viewpoints and securing stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and architecture concepts.
Why Join Us?
You'll be part of a diverse, ambitious team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Your contributions won't just deliver products-they'll shape experiences used by millions.
If you're ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact at scale, this is the role for you.
