What can you expect?
- As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for delivering on clients' needs by sourcing top talent to join their teams.
- Working alongside an experienced account manager, you will quickly become an expert recruiter developing your knowledge of an ever-changing tech landscape.
- Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing the best candidates on the market to join our clients' teams
- Selling our clients and the roles they have
- Communicating with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Carrying out analysis and research through market mapping
- Identifying potential new clients and businesses to work with
